Foo - The Running "What's for Dinner" Thread

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
There isn't one, maybe for a good reason. Guess I'll find out!
I woke up this morning with a sore throat and a fever. So off to the grocery and for dinner tonight it's chicken noodle soup with sourdough rolls (also homemade) on the side. Might melt some cheese into the soup too. Haven't decided yet.
What are/did you have for dinner?

Just finished making a HUGE pot of turkey stock... had ambitions of making soup for dinner, but the stock took too long. Instead, leftover chinese food my boyfriend left at my place.

Chicken -n- Dumplin's, homemade corn bread, and fresh corn on the cob (but sliced off because that's the way the wife likes it).
That's how I roll.

How on earth could a man not eat all the Chinese food?

spaghetti and meatballs last night. meatballs = 1/3 each ground buffalo, lamb, pork bound up w/ eggs and oats.
Looks like I'm making burrito's for dinner tonight. Rice (with cilanto and lime, ala Chipotle), beans, blackened chicken, tomatillo salsa, cheddar/jack cheese, and sour cream.
Wife is making rice, beans and STEAK! Yeah woman! Kill that cow, kill it now!
My wife made taco soup. Ground beef, veggies and stuff in the soup. Serve it over tortilla strips with a dash of cheese on top. Pretty good stuff.
Prolly the same as last night cause I'm not feeling so good again and may not hit the store later ---- chicken with rice soup, crackers. And a skinny cow mini fudge bar later.
Hope you feel better Tude. Maybe have some Jack Daniels with the soup.

Hot Pot and Korean style grill. On the grill there was thinly cut slices of salmon, beef in an awesome marinate and half cut Asian meatballs. In the pot, there was tofu, Bok Choy, and Wu Don noodles.
It was awesome.

leftover chili. very good when you are chilled from a ride.
I was just going to start a thread asking what I should have for dinner! I should have known there'd be a running dinner thread in Foo!
Last night, organic jasmine rice (export quality, none of that broken grain stuff), tofu rolled in cornmeal & panko and fried w/ a nice shoyu/garlic/sauce...appetite/palate is changing due to the weather.
Last night, refish on the grill with salt, pepper, lemon juice and a touch of Ms Dash tomato basil.
Canelini bean salad with feta, basil and cous-cous.
