Tomorrow is my first day of commuting. I can't wait!

I would have started earlier this week, but I have a personal trainer on Monday and Wednesday and therefor can't commute on those days; I am trying to change Monday to Saturday for my trainer, so I will at least have 4 days to commute. It was raining this morning.

Well, I've been doing this for the last 20 years--only seven being year round. I can tell you that there is nothing like it. When I ride year round, my immune system keeps me healthy; occasionally I suffer a minor injury due to my carelessness, but not sick. Enjoy!

Cheers,

Urbanmonk

I should have said that I did commute last year and loved it. It also kept me very healthy.

It's about the same here in KC. At 7am it was in the low 40's and I was running a little late, so it was nice and cool even though I was pushing it. Plus I was going into a 15-20 mph headwind that didn't help matters any. About 5pm it'll be about 73, perfect for a nice, leisurely ride home.
