I have ridden my mountain bike all winter ,under some of the most incredibly cold and dark days and nights.After some 30 years of riding I can truly say I have found another aspect of riding that i really like. There is a certain freedom I get cruising the snowmobile trails .Climbing the unclimable hills,riding with the coyotes. I am a sugar maker too so this is the transition time for me as soon as I am done boiling this years crop ...........It will be sweet riding all summer ,Ye ha.......

When I see that first steam rising in the distance from a local sugar house. It gets me all pumped up for spring (spring fever)
I have been riding some snowmobile trails over here what a blast! I'm ready for summer just to see how it has improved my handling skills.
I forgot there is only one thing better than Vermont Maple syrup. Northern New York Maple syrup. :) ;)
I am under the impression that maple syrup is like a rose ,sweet under anyones nose...
OH great! Now I have a craving for pan cakes!
