I ordered a p7, couple 18650 packs and a charger and today I received a package containing only a charger, but it matched the tracking number they had given me and there was no note or anything. Has anyone else received stuff in bits and pieces, or should I contact them?

read the ticket more carefully

they will ship you what is on stock

and if you look back at the original order

you will find the P7 is most likely with Pending status

when they ship it again, they will provide you a new tracking number

yep, that is the way they do it. i first received my batteries, then my charger a couple of weeks later, still waiting on my fenix mounts. i ordered all this back in august. fenix mounts should ship the end of this month.
