There is an awesome yoga teacher who works out of the south barrington club ( by the amc 30). Her name is Kathy Czach, been teaching for 20+ years. Teaches the original hatha yoga in the himalayan style. Focuses on preparing the body for meditation, basically sitting on the floor comfortably. Also as a cyclist, I dont realize how truly helpful her class is until I take it and then go for a ride its amazing.

+1 for yoga.
I try to go at least once a week myself.
