Bicyclewheelwarehouse.com and bicyclewheels.com both offer a Mavic CXP22/Formula/DT Swiss wheelsets for SS/FG for a very good and competitive price. The latter uses the phrase "hand built" in its product description. The former says something like hand inspected or hand tensioned. Based on anyone's exeperience is there a reason to choose one over the other? Thanks.
