This is a casual ride and even though it'd be great to have a costume, it is not needed.
The Ohio City Bicycle Co-op invites you to our 7th annual
Ghost Ride!
A costumed group ride through Cleveland’s Flats, followed by bike-centric revelry with mountain music by Here's to the Long Haul, refreshments from Bier-Markt, and our renown vegiscarian chili*.
Where: OCBC, 1823 Columbus Road, in the Flats
When: October 25; ride at 7pm, party after.
Why: Fun.
How much? $20 suggested, but any donations are appreciated -- help fund non-profit bicycle education!
What to wear: Costumes! And lights and helmets (both are required for the ride, and available for sale beforehand)
Come celebrate seven years of helping people use bikes with some of the scariest cyclists around. The ride will visit various spooky spots in our neighborhood, and afterward we'll share a vegiscarian* chili and potluck dinner, (bring your own beverages), a game of foot-down, and may even see a Huffy toss or two. Here's to the Long Haul will play "mountain resistance music" and BierMarkt is furnishing some refreshment. Kids are welcome on the ride, but should leave at 9.
