Advocacy & Safety - Protecting Wheels
Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I've heard stories of people trying to steal wheels and skewers, I was just wondering where I could find skewers that have like a lock/key.
I've seen them before, I just don't know where to look or where I can order them.

Try Pitlocks. Peter White (http://peterwhitecycles.com/pitlock.asp) carries them.
I got my pitlocks from urban bike tech
Their set for both wheels and seatpost lock is $30 less than the previous link..

They do look nice. One problem is that Peter White doesn't recommend them for horizontal dropouts, which does make sense to me.
