use a screwdriver as a lever under the head of the bolt as you back out the bolt. if this doesn't work then you will have to a extractors or a drill to remove the bolt and maybe re tap the hole.

Don't be too quick to resort to destructive methods to get it out.

-soak it in penetrating oil. tap it with a hammer. soak it some more.

-Is it completely stripped out? Can you clean it up some and get any grip in there?

-If it is completely stripped, you can cut a groove across the head and use a regular screwdriver on it.

-I would be slow to pull out the EZ-Out. They work. But they are a pain. It is hard to make that pilot hole without screwing the whole thing up worse than it was before.
