Touring - will the nashbar trekking handlebars fit my bike?

I'm thinking of putting a Nashbar Trekking handlebar on my bike, my question is........will they fit my 2008 Kona Smoke 2-9? Can I just swap my handlebars? Please help.

The only thing I would add to nz4ou is that you may or may not find you need to change your stem length, depending on where you like to place your hands most of the time and how upright or stretched out you like to be.
