If they didn't finish, you beat 'em! Nice job. I finished my first century last Sat--6 hours 35 min. I beat a few posers on their Colnagos, Pinarellos, Cervelos--on my Gary Fishero:wtf:. It's fun. I met two people who rode their bikes accross the country--really got me thinking...
I did enjoy reading about the Buckeyes, too! (I'm from Dayton) If they can beat Penn State, they could still make the big game. Of course, beating Michigan is a given, right?

Excellent finish, Chris!
I've been thinking about running this winter and try a triathlon next summer, and your success is a real inspiration for me!

Congratulations! I thought it was an interesting article, although I'm sorry the reporter made that mistake about your finishing last. But reporters do things like that. To steal a line from Tom Stoppard, "I'll get you a reporter doll for Christmas. Wind it up and it gets things wrong."
It's a great photo, Chris. Using the covered bridge as a backdrop is a neat touch. You should use it as your avatar.
