hey i m new at bmx iv been riding for a total for 8 days (i mean since i started 2 do tricks) and i got the new fit park 1 and i put on sealed welgo pedals and an animal stem. i keep trying to do 180s but i cant get the bike all the way around i look over my shoulder and pull on my handel bars and bunny hop but i can only get 90 degrees r there any tips to make me spin faster or anything?

i dented my back rim and now when ever i land hard on my back wheel my tire gets poped and i have 2 change it i was told that the odyssey lite cassette v3 wheel was good i m just wondering if its worth the money like is it durable and is the hub any good?

it would be greatly appreciated if some 1 can respond fast thanks.

Just look for a wheel that has the same Gear as yours, Thats Cassette, Double wall, Sealed bearings, light, is the right dropout size.
