Foo - Duathlon this Sunday?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Been a while since I did one. The running legs are kinda back but slow. Not hurting thankfully.
Save the joints while running and push it real good on the bike? I think that might be smart. But really who am I kidding? On sunday I shall dine in hell! or eat lunch as the thing is probably over by 12.

yeah, I'd go moderate on the running legs but mash the he!! on the bike.
I remember doing something similar to this... and I had to bike 20km home after it was all said and done...
not only did I feel excruciatingly slow while running, after the run my legs were twitching and dead tired.
GL and have fun :)

Not that I really watch what I eat but yeah, good reason to carboload and eat a lot after.

The plan is to take the first 5K run easy, go crazy on the bike for 15Miles, go crazier on the last 5K run.

Yeah the transition from Bike to Run always feet funky to me. Although I am planning on using the aero bars this time around so it might make a difference, lets see.
