Electronics, Lighting, & Gadgets - Shimano DH-3N80

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I want to build a wheel for my road bike with the new and lighter Shimano DH-3N80 dynamo hub. I don't see any 32 hole versions of this hub for sale online, even on sites in Germany.
Does anybody know when it's coming to the U.S., or where to get the 32H version?
DN-3N71 all seem sold out or discontinued, looking at the QBP catalog, by the way: http://harriscyclery.net/itemlist.cfm?category=125&catalogId=39

You might send something to Peter White and ask him.

Looks like Harris Cyclery has them through QBP (http://harriscyclery.net/itemdetails.cfm?id=2936) and Peter White lists them now on his website (http://www.peterwhitecycles.com/Shimano3N70.asp).
The suggested retail price through QBP is $150 which is a lot higher than the Japanese price of about 10,000 yen or about $100. The Japanese list the old 3N70 at around 8,500 yen, so I would have expected the newer hub to be priced just 20% more - not 50% more!
As an aside, when I browse, say, Cycle Yoshida (http://www.cycle-yoshida.com/), there's a lot more selection of cheaper Shimano hubs and plenty of wheelbuilds (http://www.cycle-yoshida.com/parts/wheel_hd_menu.htm) as well. Too bad there's no overseas shipping. But as I'm going over there in a month, I'll pick up a few to build into wheels in January.
