Clydesdales/Athenas (200+ lb / 91+ kg) - In the fitness doldrums....

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Cruddy weather, mid thirties to mid forties in temps along with rain/snow mixes. Absolutely horrible for biking, but not good enough for skiing.
Parties tonight(Happy Diwali!), parties tomorrow (Why not?). More parties next weekend (Happy Halloween!). Probably more parties the weekend after that (Happy Birthday to Me!).
At least I've found some motivation for hitting the gym and eating healthy in between all the partying, but it's going to be a rough month.

I have to start kicking it in the butt also. Too many things in my schedule and no time for me and my workouts. Time for less sleep, because all I seem to be doing is work and sleep.
Two plates full of Indian food.
Man, it was so worth it. :D

If you can't ride outside, consider taking a spin class.

We don't have any spin classes around here, but I tried the exercise bike thing at the gym. No matter how hard I pedaled, it didn't move. What the heck is up with that? :wtf:

Was the resistance lever stuck? Most stationary bikes have a lever or dial to change resistance.

I think he meant that it did not go forward as in a joke.
Askel. Buy a cheap set of rollers when you don't want to be outside. At least then it is your own bike and you don't have to fight with the setup of the damn bike everytime.
