Remember those orange Hot Wheels race tracks? I had a crazy grandmother who would actually pick that up during discipline time.
Where's the option for "yes, please!"?

Behave!
Behave!
Story of my life, nobody ever wants to let me have any fun.
Grumble, grumble.

I didn't think you meant literally.
I thought you and your brother were racing and his car won.
Not by a parent, but by my older brother. My sons have both given and received the pain of the hot wheels track as well. That stuff hurts to get hit with.

You don't know pain until you get beat by one of these. :notamused:

A feather duster?
Yep, a standard issue for Chinese mothers.
No, wooden salad spoon for me.Yep. A very specific spoon, at that.
Luckily, I was a good kid. (Or I quickly became one, I don't remember. :P)

Chopsticks.
From the wiki (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hot_Wheels):
"Hot Wheels is a brand of die cast toy car, introduced by American toymaker Mattel in 1968."
That's 40 years ago... meaning that is you were not disiplined with one of those, you must be over 40something years old at least.
A wooden jam spoon was used on my seat of learning. Once one broke.
I eventually learned; to get my younger sisters to do something so I wouldn't get into as much trouble.;)
I was mostly a good kid, though.

We used to kick the crap out of each other with those things.:D One guys comes up with a " really sick idea for a track" and as hes on the floor trying to see his dream come to fruition, you seize the opportunity for the perfect wind up and delivery. * SSSMMAACCKK* Victory at last!!!! :thumb::roflmao2:

We had a wooden paddle, and a metal ladle known to us as "the head-clonker"

Kids, kids. As Court said, I had to get my own willow switch (almost every day in school) for the teacher and if it wasn't big enough she would get a really big one. Hotwheel tracks are for girlie-men/boys. :)
Not counting the kindling my mom used as tools of discpline. :)
By the way, never try to head off the rabid mother and put rocks is your back pockets to protect your fanny, it won't work. She gets bigger sticks.

THAT musta left a mark....
I still have bits and pieces of my HW track - anyone want them?
Never beaten with it (i think our household was more like Eddie Murphy's (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u6jAqkw05co&feature=related)) , but I did trash my Johnny Lightning 500 track the first night I got it (pretending I was Godzilla stomping around Tokyo)
