Hello ak slowpoke,

Go have a look at www.atomiczombie.com and also the Bentech site. Not to forget the recycledrecumbent site.

Probably lots more to be found with Google.

I've built 5 LWB's from the recycled recumbent site plans. They have all been great and their owners love them.

I've built 2 Bentech SWB and they ride well. I've not tried the LWB but think it would be a great bike.

The atomiczombie site has lots of bikes. There is a great helpful bunch on the forum. I've just completed a DeltaWolf trike from there. Couldn't be happier with it. The LWB's on the site look great. My next effort is going to be the AZ Maurauder LWB lowracer. Go have a look at the site. Chances are you'll find something to build there.

Regards,

John Lewis

Here's a list of DIY recumbents you might want to look at.
The last one is for 2x4 recumbents. I decided to make that LWB because I had access to a tablesaw but not to a welder.
