Bicycle Mechanics - Which Pulley size for Campy 10 speed - 10T or 11T?

I have a few bikes that need new jockey wheels and was going to get some new KCNC jockey wheels.. I see that they say the 10T and 11T are both Campy compatible.. Which size is preferred for Campy 10 speed, I thought I read that it was 10T, just need someone to verify..

Old school was 10 tooth. Then someone came up with the idea that 11 tooth would get less wear as with each revolution, the odd number of teeth would alternately engage, an inner chain plate and then an outer chain plate.

I have always assumed that it does not matter with regard to the number of rear gears that a bike has. I usually buy 11 tooth for all uses.

CAmpy standard is 10T, but you can add a little capacity to the rear derailer by using 11T. I'd stick with 10 unless I needed the added capacity.
