I recently purchased a Rans VRex and I was looking for a bike rack that will haul it. Should it be a tray rack for a hitch? Is there anyone out there who transports their VRex?

Thanks for your help.

I've thrown my newish V-Rex into the back of a Pontiac Vibe and a Mazda MPV. I tried, briefly, to hang it on my 13-year old Graber trunk rack without success - the rack arms are kind of fat. I'll try again, one of these days. Should be able to fit it on there. Other racks may be easier.

A V-Rex will go on any 2-arm rack you get. I have an old Rhode Gear hitch-mount rack and I've hauled my V-rex on thousand-mile round trips. For long highway trips, I'd take the seat off so that there's less wind resistance, but since the bike is sideways, it's not a huge difference.
