Stretching (http://chionline.com/stretch/stretching_5.html).
It also explains the importance of stretching AFTER exercising (cooling down) and talks about how age figures in (for old folks like me). ;)

niterider, welcome to the forums. I have enjoyed your website, quite a bit of good information available there. All I ask of you on these forums, is that you abide by the community guidelines (http://www.bikeforums.net/misc.php?s=&action=faq&page=1#about). This includes the solicitation guideline... Refrain from using BikeForums to advertise your site, items for sale, commercial services or website. You may attach a short link to your site within your profile or signature.

If you have any questions, let me know.

Thanks for the comments, however I was just replying to what the topic orginator was looking for (web sites). I understand all the guidelines but I noticed the first few replies posted site links also... is there a difference? If people want information, I'll do my best to give it to them. I understand the rules so it's cool. :-)

Not a problem, every once in awhile we get a anxious webmaster that ends up plastering there URL in all the forums multiple times.

I get jumpy when i see self promotion from a new member, im sure you understand, as a forum admin yourself! :)

Yeah I know what you mean. I hate it when people post their links or ads 100x and annoy us to no end. :crash:

I just want to reply to people's questions, and if I have an answer that may help them, I'll provide them a link.

The preceding exchange illustrates nicely one of the things I like best about this forum--everyone seems to get along so well. On many other forums (fora?), this very civilized discussion about posting links, etc. could've turned into an ugly flame war. Bravo to you two guys for playing nice.:D
