Kind of off-topic, but my wife came up with a rather hilarious Halloween outfit for us. We're both big fans of the Biggest Loser, so one night she says "why don't we be the Biggest BOOZER!" A couple of hours with photoshop, some iron-on t-shirt things, a old bicycle helmet, some bottle cages later.. and you get this:

That was my best "I'm drinking wine!" pose.. lol. Some observations:
1.) My Home-made beer hat had the folly of, well, as soon as I started drinking it didn't stop flowing from the tubes. I discovered this while attempting to make my grand entrance to the party, nearly gagging myself.
2.) Fat Tire now comes in a can (!!!!), and it tastes just as good as it does from a bottle (!!!!!!!!!!!!) making me one seriously happy man. It's my "go-to" brew, and probably favorite overall brew, as an FYI for those who care.. LOL.
3.) The host "homebrewed" the wine in the picture, a Reisling. It was.. amazingly good! My Dad is somewhat of a wine geek, so I've had Reislings before, and this was as good as a wine can get. I'm not much on wine, though. The host also homebrews beer, which is utterly amazing.
I know, OT, but had to share. It was also fun to note that several folks who haven't seen me in several years didn't even recognize me. And I had much fun talking to others about bikes, here's hoping they follow up on their purchases!

A Camelbak would have worked better than the beer helmet. :)

Haha, you know my wife said the same thing. Only problem is that Camelback bladders, for some reason or another, don't shake the beer taste from them. A cold winter hike several years ago taught me this, or maybe I just didn't clean it fast enough.
Oh, and when it's below zero, even beer freezes in a camelback tube. :)

It's my impression that Camelbak bladders can't shake the taste of anything put in them. Like some water bottles, as I've found out. :)

Just grab the neoprene sleeve for the tube. Works great for skiing too.
camelbak is notorious for holding taste. I have one that I eventually threw out because I was on a long backpacking trip and the only water available smelled like sulfur. After that everything i drank out of it smelled like rotten eggs(not really easy to deal with):twitchy:

And let's note something you've overlooked. Back in your 560 pound days, you wouldn't have had the energy to be as garrulous and outgoing as you were at the party. Non-scale victories strike again!
