I would like to find some literature on spotting child abuse patterns in both the abused and the abusers, specifically something that points to 'telltale signs' if you will.

I've been poking around amazon here and there but haven't had much luck so i come to Foo since you guys are all so footastic.

It is not text book type literature, but I suggest "A Child Called It".

I am recalling annual inservices we had to take for child abuse (when I worked in Special Ed), and there were assorted things we had to read, which I am sure referenced major works. I'll try to dig up something for you.

How is the new gig going?

Very well, just got my cases today. About 3 feet of files to read through...yippie! :)
