Hi

I want to work on my aero base for next years race season.. it will be my first year but I wanna do respectable and not just finish each race

anyway...I'm not always home at night due to work and other obligations....but in the mornings I can usually hop on my trianer before work... the issue is to get in a full spinerval aero base you need about 1.5 hours

currently that would mean me getting outta bed at 5:30am which is tough right now but I'm sure will become easier.

I'm wondering if i can get away with 45-50 minutes until I adjust to being up earlier or if I really won't see much benefit unless I push it for over an hour?
