i pump and pump and pump on the damn tire but when i stop its at about 65psi. Should i just keep pumping? The tire seems firm to the squeeze and i dont wanna pop the tube. Oh yeah. mini pumps SUCK!
Simple... use a floor pump.

A floor pump is your answer when at home or shop. A full sized frame pump for on the road!

Nope, 65 PSI should be fine to get you home. Mini pumps are often "rated" to only go up to a certain PSI... there are mini pumps out there that are made to go up to 100 psi or so.

I have always questioned the accuracy of a mini pump gauge.
My Specialized "Air Force" mini pump goes way over 65psi.. I don't know how much since I don't have a tire guage that will measure above 65psi.
