I'm looking for narrow 36 or 37cm width handlebars with a shallow drop. I've read about the Salsa Moto Ace Short & Shallow Bar, but wondering what else is out there. Any suggestions?
p.s. I should have added that I have very small hands and have trouble reaching the brake levers.

Look in a shop that recycles bicycle parts. Back in the 1970s and 1980s, standard handlebars were 37-40 cm wide, non-anatomic. You should be able to get something for $5-10.
If you look for new bars, check whether they are measured centre-centre or outside-outside. Amongst others, Salsa are measured centre-centre while Deda are measured outside-outside. A 38-cm centre-centre equals a 39.2 cm outside-outside.

Give the Ritchey Biomax II a whirl.

I just got the Salsa handlebars on my new Serotta, and am loving them. I am a small petite woman 5'2" with small hands and they feel great!

I have the smaller Salsa's and I love them. If I would have had them sooner, I might have avoided hand surgery. I do think that reach contributed to the problem. It is great. My hands don't fall asleep, I can easily reach the shifters and brakes when I am screaming down the hill.
