It has taken me some time now, but attached (I hope) are before and after pictures of my rebuild. New parts all around. Headset, front hub and of course the frame are the only original parts. Wheels are 406 with Sturmey-Archer 5 speed hub. Powder coated British racing green. I am waiting for a taller stem for the handle bars to arrive. So far it seems to ride just fine.

Which way did you go with the bottom bracket?

I rethreaded it to 24 tpi and it now has a modern Shimano BB. The original 26 tpi threads on the shell had been a bit mangled somehow and I could not get a UN 72 bb near tight enough. I had hope to avoid the tap job but it had to be done.

I don't post much, but I have enjoyed the pictures of your folders and adventures. Cheers mate.
