Mountain Biking - Just makin sure I'm not being a tart. . .

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

. . . I just got a fork (I'm not going to say what for now, but its going to be a hell of a lot better than my dart). The only problem is that the fork has the 51mm IS ring mount thingys. My Sh!tmono brakes use a 74mm (I think) post mount. Will this work, or am I wrong (the 160 front) : http://www.backcountry.com/store/SHI0108/Shimano-America-Disc-Brake-Adaptors-Post-Mount.html?CMP_ID=SH_FRO001&CMP_SKU=SHI0108&mv_pc=r126#

Thanks.

What?

It's just odd that pCad may have gotten his idea of mountain bikers being crank addicts or hydroponic fiends from the parts we wield.
