I am having some trouble with my bike. I just upgraded pretty much the whole drive train of the bike new derauilers, real cog, crank and such. I used that formula for determining the proper chain lengh, which came out to 53 inches. But for the life of me I cant get the bike to ride smooth, when I shift into certain gears, it feels almsot like it catches, or if Im going up a hill and downshift it will freeze the drivetrain jsut long enough for me to fall over backwards. It seems to mostly do it in the higher gears. Any help would be appreciated
XT front and rear derauliers
Chaining on front crank 44, 32, 22
largest gear on rear is 30
Also its a full suspension mountain bike, useing the old Specialized 99 frame.
