Re-install iTunes, and then your video drivers.

That's bizarre.

I stopped using iTunes after my music library kept getting continually corrupted. It would lose track of where songs were, and I had to find them for it. Or have it create a new library from scratch, which is extremely annoying when you've got a large collection.

Apple's solution? Backup your music library (the xml file) often. Screw that. Backing up is always a good idea, but I also want a program that actually works without breaking down all the time.

Is your video-screen set to 15-bit? 16/24/32-bit colour?

I don't know. It was set to whatever it was set to before this happened, while it was happening, and it's still set the same way.

I find usually changing it to something else will usually solve it. Also turn down your hardware-acceleration a click or two.
