I am thinking about buying either Bianchi Axis or Fuji Cross.
I have a road bike with Campy wheels with 700x23c tires. Can I put them on the cyclocross bike? If so, do I need to change other parts as well? I want to keep these campy wheels for road use with cyclocross bike.
Thank you for your help.

You can use them in both CC and roadbikes without any modifications.

If the Campy wheels only take a Campy cassette, the Shimano Drivetrains on the Bianchi Axis and Fuji Cross won't shift correctly. The spacing between the cogs on Campy vs. Shimano cassettes is different. I haven't seen many (if at all) off-the-shelf CycloCross bikes with Campy drivetrains.

If you have a set of Shimano cassette road wheels, they should work fine on the above bikes.

Also on some Cross bikes, for example Kelly Knobby-X, you have to use mountain spaced hubs. If not your chainline will be off.

Yes, but you have to pay attention to hub-spacing. Is it 130 or 135 and can the frame be re-set?

I'm using 130's on my Knobby X but Chris custom set (aka brute bicep application!) the spacing for me.
