I'm registered for 5K that was supposed to be in Culver City tomorrow, and just yesterday they moved the route down to the access road along Vista del Mar. At least, I'd assumed it was the access road. Check out the route map:

I have no idea how many people are registered, but I hope it's not many. Can they even do this? I can't imagine they got a permit for it.

Probably not too many will be running this race as Santa Barbara Half Marathon is on Saturday and Santa Clarita Marathon/Half/5k are on Sunday.

Looks interesting, mostly the bike path and access road. Should of had a BBQ scheduled if the pits are open.

I was down there before they got started this morning, and saw the signs.The route went down the access road, then turned onto the bike path for the return. Why would they put runners on the bike path? That seems kinda dumb, if you ask me.

Regardless, hope you all had fun!
