I wouldn't call it sacrilege, but I am disturbed to have cycling associated with something as offensive as organized religion.

It's only sacreligious if you don't mean it. I don't see any connection with "organized" religion in there, though. Personally, I'd omit the ale and the goats part, and say Amen to the rest.
