it is true. but you get what you pay for. i have that one for 1 month and it took a month after i ordered it for it to come (back order), the shifter sometimes skips a gear, the bike scratches when it is folded causing the paint to wear down to the metal in 2 places, the bike fell on its side and now the handle bars are shaking, the seat constantly slowly lowers when you ride and i have tightened the adustment to the point where the 2 sides of the adjuster are about to touch. long story short it is a beater folding bike cheap and low quality. hope that helped
