Is it wind/waterproof? I see it has the fancy elastic cuffing, any other pertinent info would be delicious.

not exactly wind/water proof, but considering how thick it is, i'd say it's wind resistant.

Do you happen to know the sizing for it? Does it run big or small? I need winter gear but everyone selling stuff on this site is skinnier then me.

What is your suit size? I'm a 40 regular in American sizing which I guess is 50 in Italian/Euro.
