I live in SoCal so I won't be using these everyday, just to not end up totally soaked when I ride in the rain.

Which of these are better? The latter is cheaper. And would the hybrid version fit? I like the fact that mudflaps come attached.

I've got both. Prefer the Speed EZ by a slim margin. Pretty much the same idea.

The latter is cheaper.

If you mean the skimpy road models,they're basically the same. The PB's only come in black,if that matters,but are generally $10-20 cheaper.


And would the hybrid version fit? I like the fact that mudflaps come attached.

What bike? The hybrid models are reall,full fenders and will provide much better coverage.

Okay, all I'm asking is, will this fit with my bike with 25mm tires? The hybrids I mean.

For 25mm tires, the PB SpeedEZ Road/35mm fenders will work just fine. You can use the Hybrid/45mm fenders, but they're unnecessarily wide.

What kind of brakes do you have/how much room is there between them? If it's a touring bike and you have canti's it won't be a problem. If you have calipers,you'll need to measure how much clearance you have between them.

I have both, also. Speedez, no question. It's all about coverage. You sure you can't go with the Cascadias? I'm thinking of changing to the bolt-on kind, since any of the rubber-strap kind will cause a little bit of paint abrasion from road dust and grit.
