Occasionally there is a few on ebay that are NOS. There's a Cinelli medium on there now that's in the Netherlands with $10 shipping.

In re-reading this post, it seems I should have given my sarcasm more bite. I wouldn't wear that helmet if it came with a life-insurance policy and my own personal ambulance.
