HI! My name is Guy and I live just outside Toronto, Ontario in a town called Oshawa. I have been riding bikes for years but now I am starting to get more serious. I am riding in the 2009 "Ride to Conquer Cancer" from Toronto to Niagara Falls and am trying to tweak a 20 year old road bike. This forum looks like i great place to get help!
