For Sale - Raleigh Professional Track frame, 54cm

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I have to sell this thing quick, so I have listed it on the bay. I can end the auction early if someone wants it. I have it listed with a $1,300 BIN, but I would sell it to someone here for less. I can't really do much trading, but if you had a rear wheel with an ENO hub or a 52cm cross frame with horizontal drops I might be tempted. Once the auction is over, I will be selling all the parts if the high bidder doesn't want em.

Wow, vintage track bikes have sure gone up in value. I remember someone buying one of those as a complete bike (sam frame with random components) in 1994 for about $300.
yeah, prices are pretty nuts. I can't justify keeping it knowing what it will sell for, especially since it doesn't fit very well and isn't really suited for my kind of riding.

Makes me wish I had kept my 1976 Schwinn Paramount actual Olympic team frame. I think I sold it for $300/400 back in the day.
bump. The auction ends tomorrow and if the high bidder doesn't want the build parts I'll be selling them here. Drop me a line if there's something you're interested in.
