Hey to you all. Let me introduce myself. My name is Denis, and I am from Toronto ON. I have loved bicycles since I was a little boy, and have a deep love for them today. I have 2 bikes, a Supercycle XTI-21 and a NEXT Slick 26 Downhill bike. In addition to riding them, I really enjoy fixing and upgrading them. While I don't know how to properly maintain other types of bikes and systems, for example, mountain bikes and their disc brake system which I have really become interested in recently, I am constantly learning new tricks and skills in bike repair and upgrades.
In addition, I commute to work and any place I need to go by bike, EVEN in the freezing cold up here in Canada. Some people think I am insane for doing it, but oh well, I would rather enjoy the outdoors even if it is extremely freezing instead of paying for terrible transit service or drain my wallet with car operating costs, especially fuel prices and incredibly outrageous insurance rates with congestion and "impossible to find parking".
Anyway, it is a really interesting site you guys got here, and I look forward to posting here more and learning about other types of bikes and their parts/accessories.
