Hello e-bikers,

1) Can I construct a 36V battery pack that will be completely contained in the standard battery box which came with the ezip. The battery box currently has 2 12V SLAs.

I have read that the ezip controller can work with 36V.

I am looking to get a little more speed on my ezip. I noticed that even with full throttle and lot of pedaling, the bike seems to not go beyond a certain speed. It isn't fast enough for me. I had gotten the ezip to do my comuute. but lately, I end up taking the car for the commute because of the speed factor.

I dont have a speed measuring device but the max I have hit is somewhere between 10-15mph.

2) Is there a way to disable the speed limiter on the ezip?

Thanks.
