I'm a city rider from seattle. My steed is a one speed with a 52t chainring and 16t BMX freewheel. It currently sports a 3X crows foot in back and a 2X crows foot up front. Keep riding, & keep it safe out there.

Hi Capt'n, what part of Seattle? I'm in Kent. I don't have any SS or FG yet--the hills are just too steep for me :( .

Welcome to BikeForums :D .

Good to be here. I'm up on first hill. That's understandable, I also have a 16 speed that likes to fly through town too. If you haven't already had a chance to hop on a SS with the proper gearing and clipless pedals, you might surprise yourself.:thumb:
