I am finding myself torn between two hobbies.
I simply don't have the time to pursue both the way I want to.
I want to be a better potter. I want to be a better musician.

Something to be said about the permanence of pottery.
The idea of ones work hanging around for possibly thousands of years is enthralling to me.

Obviously time is the problem here. Or I should say, the lack of time. Eliminate the concept of time, then you can enjoy both hobbies at your leisure.

I have decided to let my pottery hobby fall by the wayside.
I will finish up my commitments to other people, I have orders for 4 Chip and Dips and one large vase. Then I can concentrate on other things starting next year.
