i have a fit am and if i would want to get a new frame i know i would have to get a new headset, but can i just take the bearing out of the frame i have know and put them in the new frame or would it just be easier to buy new bearing for the bottom bracket

ok well all the frames im looking at are integrated headset and i know i dont have an integrated so ill have to buy one and they have mid bottom brackets and i have a mid bottom bracket

fit AM with an intergrated? never seen it.
you will need a headset, BB and cranks if yours are un-sealed

i dont know i was looking at alot of frames im thinking of the new fit dak frame 21 inch in raw. and do i really have to get new cranks to get that frame?
no, you. you just need a new headset. if the bottom bracket is the same for both frames.

oh ok so should i just transfer the bearing i have or get new ones.

It would probably be better to get a new bottom bracket for like $20ish and then like a FSA impact for $30 and that would work good.
