Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. I got some Finish Line Bike Wash, im gunna clean my MUDDY MUDDY bike tomorrow. The LBS said to just knock off the mud and rub it down with a washcloth. But i got this Bike Wash stuff, is it ok to spray everything, including the drivechain?
Probably... although I use biodegradable carwash soap or just plain water to clean my bikes. I do use Finish Line frame polish afterwards though. Be careful not to use high pressure water directly on the bearings and bottom bracket. You don't want to force water and the dirt around the seals.
Just cleaned my bike up with blue Dawn and water solution. Shiny!

I use just good ole' soap & water...hand-wash w/ a washcloth, rinse carefully with a water hose...just don't spray directly on your bottom bracket/cassette/hubs/headset.
I'm with Chi. Dawn and water

if you ride fast enough the dirt will fall off on its own... ;)
