I'm looking to get a new front wheel soon here and I'm wondering what you guys think I should get.

Well

I AM going to be riding pegs.

Needs to be 3/8

I want to run a a gland on it.

What do you guys think??

gland will work any pretty much everything.

there are very very few choices for 14mm in the front anymore.

If you are thinking of getting a pre-built wheel then you can get a shadow or proper front wheel.

they both come in a ton of colors and are both resonably cheap. not to mention both are plenty strong.

If you want a sick custom wheel you can do an odyssey 7ka rim 36H with some shadow strait gauge spokes laced to a proper, or profile, or shadow hub.

Marmosette or vandro2 to 7ka

The marmosette hub looks a bit beastly. And I really want white to match my rear.

I have the Vandero 1 on currently and it has always rolled smooth so I'll consider 2 for sure.

I know people who have messed up profile fronts so its not gonna happen.

And, what do you think of the Colony Clone???

wtp supreme ody vandero 2 or marmo are the only hubs id buy. Looks like a solid hub though.

Fuzzybox- Lately I havent actually, last thing was my front faf.

Mini- Un-smooth grinders, as I sometimes am have broken the allen bolt.

I think om leaning for the ODSY vanduro 2.

7ka is a 17 oz rim. that is very light. not to mention it is the front and you can get away with running a lot of weaker rims because it dosent take as much abuse. ever check out animal rims. they run about 15 oz and would be a perfect front rim

Get a marmoset for sure. Something stupid like only 1 axle has ever broken. Such a solid hub, not heavy either
Stay away from anything colony

Alright, well I don't think I have to worry about that for my race bike then. I'm getting a pair.
