Hi,
There seems to be a lot of advice on the internet on how to lose weight, foods I shouldnt eat etc but there is a lack of information on what to eat if you are fit and healthy and just looking to maintain power etc. I train fairly reguarlly - more during the build up to/during the racing season. Can anyone give me some links to good websites and/or information regarding this. I am not looking to lose weight, just reccomended diets for competative athletes.
Hope someone can help

IIRC, Carmichael's "Ultimate Ride" book has some suggestions for nutrition as it relates to phases of your training. Basic, but a decent place to start.

IIRC, Carmichael's "Ultimate Ride" has some basic nutrition stuff for different phases of training. Check your library for some basic nutrition books. Once you have an understanding of the fundamentals, putting together meal plans is common sense.
