Anyone familiar with this Swap Meet? mostly new road bikes or old junk or what?

Not sure what the swap will have. It's modeled on Frankenbike (http://www.frankenbike.net/), but to have a booth, you've got to pay $50 (Frankenbike is free) so I expect it will be more higher end stuff.
