I have a schwinn meridian trike.i want to put 144 spoke wheels on it. no one sells these kind of trike wheels ,,the drive [right] side is a axle with a flat side and the rim has no bearings,it just matches the flat spot. the free wheel[left]side has no axle but has a set of bearings to allow spin. The only suggestion at this point has been to weld the drive wheel directly to the drive side and then cut the axle to allow the free wheel side to turn . This seems really extreme, is there any other way to make this work ,,i have already put a bent springer, ape hangers and a banana seat ,,but without the nice 144 spoke wheels ,,,it just don't seem to to "shine" ,,,thanks for any future help
