Hi All,

Haven't been on here for a while, but still was riding my bike... until it BROKE :mad:

I'm a idiot when it comes to these things. I think my shifter broke and its stuck in high gear. I caught the bug again and was looking at the new downtube and...:love:

Any downtube owners with ideas or suggestions?

I probably wanted to upgrade my braking, internal hub, etc...

Shoots I don't even know which model. :crash:

I think its a VII FS or VIII FS. I got it in 2005.

I use a 9FS 2009 model,
herewith some part that I put on it now

change the stem with specialized short type
Funn triple A handlebar,
Deore XT shifter,
Shimano brake lever
Shimano 105 Rear derraileur,
formula hub & freehub 36H (red cherry color),
unknown rims but it's a double wall and 36H,
Hayes MX1 disc brake, and alligator 6" rotor ....

*my Downtube is an uphiller
