Impulse buy on Amazon the other day: Black & Decker 10 Watt Power To Go Cordless Compact AC/USB Power Supply (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000SZS9LO) (It's about $9 now, but it was on sale for under $6 when I bought). It's basically a 700mAh NIMH battery pack connected to an AC inverter. You can plug in a (< 10 watt, 110VAC) device into the AC outlet. There's also a USB charging port. The device is small and light; should fit in my water bottle cage.
Despite the name, it's rated for only 5 minutes @ 10W, but it claims 1 hour @ 8W. I have not tested this claim yet. I'd like to find a good light (LED or CFL?) that I can connect to this pack and run for my hour commute home. Also a socket, cord, and mounting device. Any ideas, or should I just stick to running Romisen flashlights?
